Staff at a housing association have donated £300 worth of food to a Stotfold-based charity in time for Christmas.
Aragon Housing Association continues to support The Need Project at King’s Baptist Church, which delivers food parcels, clothing and even furniture to people in difficult situations.
As well as donating food equal to the sum of £300, staff at Aragon also gave Christmas puddings and collected £200 for the cause.
Aragon welfare manager Elliot Stephenson, pictured with The Need Project’s Gordon Hamilton, centre, and colleague Linda Wray, said: “We know that this time of year can be tough for people, which is why it’s so fantastic to see such generosity from all of our staff.
“Giving just a little at this time of year can make a huge difference, which is why we work with The Need Project. Between us we will be able to make Christmas special for those who aren’t as fortunate as the rest of us.” To find out more visit www.theneedproject.co.uk.
