FREE organised walks at Fairlands Valley Park in Stevenage will begin on Wednesday, February 24, and will run weekly until March 31.
A slow 30-minute walk will begin from the caf� at Fairlands at 10am, and a longer, quicker walk will begin at the caf� at10.45am and take up to an hour.
The walks have been organised by Stevenage Borough Council and the Countryside Management Service.
Each walk will be led by trained volunteers and will offer an opportunity to get some fresh air, take some healthy exercise and meet new people.
