Hitchin’s Half Moon pub in Queen Street is holding a beer festival until Sunday.
The inn – which is run by genial hosts Howard and Wendy Phillips, dates back to 1748 and is CAMRA’s current Herts Pub of the Year – is holding a Best of British Beer Festival.
There will also be live music as part of an official Rhythms of the World fundraiser including Hitchin’s Kodeine who will be playing an acoustic set at the pub from 3.30pm.
There will also be more than 80 real ales, ciders and perries on offer.
