HEADTEACHER Peter Loach said he was disappointed with the low number of A* to C grades his students achieved.
Forty per cent of students gain A* to C grades - a figure which is five per cent down on what the school was expecting.
He said: "We were a little bit disappointed. We were hoping for 45 per cent. We need to look at the areas where we under performed but we expect results to improve next year. We did have some promising results though and some great individual successes."
Top performers included Alan Darby, who gained eight As and three Bs, and Claire Foster, who received six A*s, four As and one B.
