There will be an emphasis on fun and fitness in Letchworth tomorrow as a giant inflatable assault course takes over the town centre.
People are being invited to race their friends on the star attraction in Leys Square between 11am and 4pm, as well as trying their hand at a variety of challenges and workshops put on by Pride Fitness.
Those brave enough can have a go at winning the speed and strength challenges, while classes will include dancing and circuit training.
There will also be free injury prevention screenings and the chance to win a free month’s membership.
