The New Town 60th Celebrations Saxophone and Piano Concert takes place at Holy Trinity Church, High Street, Old Town on Friday, November 17 at 7.45pm. The doors and licensed bar open at 7pm. Tickets £8 (concessions £6) from Choc Box, High Street or Christine Reddish 01438 216579. Holy Trinity Choir Concert on Sunday at 4pm, tickets £5 (concessions £3.50) from June Skuse on 01438 224120. Wednesday Women's Group, Study and Prayer group meets fortnightly at Christ the King.1.30 for a 1.45pm start with a prayer followed by discussion until 2.45pm then refreshments for those who can stay. This terms discussion is to focus on "Our Understanding and Concepts of the Holy Trinity", dates for the meetings November 15 and 29 Open Church: Holy Trinity is open 10am - noon each Saturday for you perhaps to look around, as a quite place to think or pray, or a place for a refreshing cup of tea or coffee.
