BUDDING astronomers will have the chance to gaze at the stars at a free event which is to coincide with the BBC series Stargazing Live.

Letchworth and District Astonomical Society is hosting an astronomy evening on Saturday at Howard Park, Norton Way South, Letchworth GC.

Go along and see the Jupiter, the Orion nebula, and more.

The event starts at 7.30pm, astronomy talks from 7.30pm, in the Elizabeth Howard Hall. There will be telescopes to view the night sky.
