A FREE family fun day will be held at Stevenage Library on Saturday, March 13.

The event, supported by Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service, has been organised to help promote the Hertfordshire Adult and Family Learning Service.

Families can drop in between 11am and 3pm and enjoy activities including card making and computer sessions.

There will also be visits to the mobile library, and a chance to meet firefighters and see inside a fire engine as part of fire safety activities run by a crew based at Stevenage Fire Station.

For younger children there will be a Baby Rhyme Time session from 11am to 11.30am, and Bookstart Bear will be making an appearance throughout the day.

There will also be a free prize draw, with a chance to win shopping vouchers.
