THE first black footballer to represent England and two-time European Cup winner Viv Anderson will be signing copies of his new book at a Letchworth GC book shop tomorrow (Thursday).
The ex-Arsenal, Manchester United, and Nottingham Forest defender will visit David’s Bookshop in Eastcheap to celebrate the launch of First Among Unequals.
The 54-year-old reveals in his autobiography what it was like to be a black footballer during the 1970s and 1980s and his experience of working with arguably three of England’s most successful club managers – Brian Clough, Sir Alex Ferguson and George Graham.
To book a place at tomorrow’s free event, which starts at 7.30pm, call David’s Bookshop on 01462 768 631.
