Stevenage have given a run-out to Theo Robinson as the club looks to strengthen its squad for the new season.

The former Derby County and Millwall striker, who is a Jamaican international, left Doncaster Rovers in the summer. He was one of 11 trialists used by Stevenage in their latest pre-season match, a 1-1 draw at Maldon and Tiptree.

Boro are looking to recruit some added firepower to support strikers Brett Williams and Adam Marriott this season. They have also given a trial to Shaun Miller, who is now hoping to secure a contract at Morecambe.
