FORMER Stevenage Borough manager Peter Taylor has parted company with Wycombe Wanderers.

Taylor took over the Choirboys in May 2008 just weeks after leaving Boro and led them to promotion from League Two last season.

However they are second from bottom in the table and have not won in the league since August 29.

The 56-year-old can count Gillingham, Leicester City and Crystal Palace among his former clubs and he also managed the England football team for a friendly with Italy in 2000, a match where he gave David Beckham the England armband for the first time.
