POLICE have issued this picture of a man they want to trace after he exposed himself to a teenage girl.
The 17-year-old victim from Stevenage was walking along Six Hills Way at around 6.15pm on Wednesday last week when she first saw the offender.
She crossed the road and lost sight of the male but a short while later she heard a whistle and turned around to see the offender performing an indecent act while shouting at her. The victim then ran off.
The offender is described as a white male, of slim build, unshaven and of scruffy appearance. He was wearing a black beanie hat, a black bomber style waist length coat and dark trousers.
PC James Flynn, who is the ward constable for the Chells area, said: "I would like to hear from anyone who recognises the man in the CD fit. The victim was left quite frightened by this incident and it is important that we find this man before he scares anyone else."
Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Flynn in the Stevenage community team on 01438 757122.
