The fire service was called to a site owned by former Dragons’ Den star James Caan following reports of a fire.
Two fire engines attended the empty building in King’s Road, Stevenage, yesterday (Saturday) at around 6.30pm.
The site owned by investment company Hamilton Bradshaw – which was founded by Mr Caan has been vacant since 2012 after the previous tenants, Fujitsu, moved to another site.
It is not known how the fire started.
