Fire crews attended a van on fire on a major road today (Thursday).
Fire crews from Hitchin were called to the A602 Coreys Mill roundabout, Stevenage, at 9.46am to reports of an engine of a white Ford Transit van on fire.
Police were also called to the scene to assist with diverting traffic due the location of the van.
One lane was closed while the incident was dealt with.
The van was recovered by 10.16am and the lane was re-opened.
