The rest of the fun starts at noon, when the event will be officially opened by film critic Barry Norman.
Attractions include a display by Cambridgeshire-based The Raptor Foundation - owls and birds of prey - a live band, Punch and Judy shows, stalls, traditional games, a bar and refreshments.
Admission is 50p or free for under 16s.
