Boro overcome giving away a penalty and having a man sent off; they face either Cambridge or Hayes and Yeading in next round

Stevenage U18s are through to the third round of the FA Youth Cup.

Boro took the lead against Aveley through Michael Cregan before their goalkeeper, Billy Collins, saved a penalty.

Louis Yamfam was sent off after picking up two yellow cards, but further goals from Cregan and Nathan Kerr saw Stevenage through.

They will face either Cambridge or Hayes and Yeading in the next round.
