Stevenage and Maidstone played out a goalless draw in the first round of the FA Cup at the Lamex Stadium today.
The Stones were the more threatening team from the outset but Stevenage’s back four were in excellent form. At the other end, substitutes Roarie Deacon and Chris Beardsley hit the woodwork but Boro couldn’t find a way through their Ryman League opposition.
The replay is scheduled for Tuesday, November 18, subject to any television requirements.
