COMMUTERS are facing a miserable morning, with engineering works delaying train services by up to 90 minutes.
Over-running engineering works near Hitchin have led to train services on the Great Northern route between Cambridge and London King’s Cross being delayed by up to 90 minutes.
The trains, which serve stations in Comet country including Stevenage, Hitchin, Letchworth GC and Arlesey, should return to normal by 9.45am, said operator First Capital Connect.
