Hitchin’s Priory School upped their overall pass rate at A to E grade from last year’s A-level results by 5 per cent to a 98 per cent this year, with pass rates at A* to C at 71 per cent.
Headteacher Peter Loach said: “As always, we are so proud of our students’ achievements. Their success is a reflection of their determination and the quality of their parents’ and my colleagues’ support. We will do our best to ensure every student gets the university place they so richly deserve.”
Mr Loach was especially proud of Matthew Williamson, Kieran Lucia, Libby Hart and Natalie Arnold (pictured) who all passed with A* to B grades.
