Marriotts School in Stevenage says it is "very proud" of the achievements of all its students in their A-level examinations.
Twenty-six per cent achieved three or more A-levels, all students achieved at least one pass and 61 per cent of the grades were at A, B or C.
Among the students who did well were Michael Fender who achieved three Bs and will be reading law next year at the University of Reading, Kathryn Hull who got two As and a D will be studying physical education at the University of Brighton and twins Hannah and Laura Norcott who are off to train as teachers at Derby and at Bath Spa achieved after each got a B and two Cs.
Headteacher Patrick Marshall said: "Achievement continues to rise. It is good to see the examination results improve in line with the rest of the school's indicators. I look forward to even greater success in future years.
