Students at Letchworth-based Da Vinci Studio School of Creative Enterprise are jumping for joy after Ofsted inspectors graded it as ‘good’.
Quality of teaching, student achievement and leadership and management of the school, which opened its doors less than two years ago, all got the thumbs up.
Mark Lewis, executive principal of the North Herts Studio School Trust, said: “This report reflects the tremendous work of our staff and students.
“We are delighted Ofsted recognises we are preparing our students for careers in the rapidly expanding creative and cultural industries.”
Principal Karen Barker added: “The result is testament to the commitment and skill of our staff and to the excellent behaviour and attitudes to work and learning of our students.”
