GCSE results for The Highfield School in Letchworth have surpassed all previous records.
This year 80 per cent of students achieved five or more GCSE passes at C or above.
More students than ever also achieved A* and A grades, with outstanding results for Sergio Silverio (7A*, 5A), Tao Haskins-Coulter (6A*, 6A), Nicholas Burstow (7A*, 5A) Connie Shorrocks (4A*, 7A) and Ben Wilsher (6A*, 7A).
Headteacher Ian Morris said: ‘These results clearly show the school continuing its year on year improvements and I am absolutely delighted that so many students have done so incredibly well.”
