NINETY per cent of all grades were A* to C at St Christopher School in Letchworth GC.
More than 60 per cent of all grades were A*, As or Bs for the school in Barrington Road.
Alice Wood was top of the class, getting 11 A*s and an A, while five pupils who took GCSE music a year early achieved A* or As. Year 8 student Jake Harkett also showed great promise with a B in astronomy.
Headteacher Richard Palmer said: “All of the pupils worked incredibly hard for their exams and their independent and thorough work will stand them in good stead for the Sixth Form. We congratulate them all.”
