The headteacher of St Francis’ College believes her students are on their way to bright futures after securing a stellar set of GCSE results this morning.
Almost three quarters of girls at the Letchworth school bagged top grades with 38 per cent receiving A*s across the board.
Headteacher Bronwen Goulding said: “I am thrilled with such a strong performance across a wide range of subjects. These girls are well on the way to bright futures and I am so proud of them.
“The staff and girls have worked hard and deserve this success!”
