The headteacher of Priory School says his students are a ‘credit’ to the Hitchin community after this year’s GCSE results were released on Thursday.
“When you observe what our students have achieved, it is clear that the school has played a significant part in laying the foundations for their future success,” said head Geraint Edwards, speaking on Sunday.
“These young people are a credit to their school, parents and the community within which they live.”
Top performers include Ella Stillwell (six A*s and six As), Luke Comer (three A*s and seven As), Georgia Head (five A*s and five As), Cerys Day-Williams (five A*s, four As and a B) and William Lenton (four A*s and six As).
