The Priory School in Hitchin are celebrating their “best ever” GCSE and BTEC results.
75 per cent of students achieved an A* to C grade in five subjects, including English and maths, which is a 13 per cent improvement on last year’s results.
Top performing students included Christian Barley, Hannah Fleetwood, Philip Pearcy, Chloe Sawyer and Zainab Sherrif, while Faiza Saif gained all A* grades.
Geraint Edwards, Headteacher said: “As a fully comprehensive school these results reflect the passion and determination we have to ensure that students of all abilities have the opportunity to achieve well. These young people are a credit to the community they live in.”
