A SECONDARY school will be marking the 200th anniversary of the birth of Charles Dickens.
The Knights Templar School in Baldock has organised its own celebrations with a performance of Mr Dickens is Coming by Gerald Charles Dickens, the great great grandson of Charles Dickens on November 5 at 1.10pm in the school hall for year 8 students.
A public performance will also be held at 7.30pm in the same venue in support of the PTA. Tickets are available from the school reception, David’s Bookshop in Letchworth GC, Eric Moore’s Bookshop in Hitchin or on the door.
