HITCHIN Girls’ School improved on last year’s success, with many students far exceeding expectations.
The A-level A* to C success rate was 82 per cent, with 58 per cent of the girls getting A*, As or Bs.
Nine students also got three or more A and A* grades.
A statement said: “The results reflect the hard work of our students and their teachers over the past year, both at Hitchin Girls’ and within the Hitchin post 16 consortium.”
