The head at Baldock’s Knights Templar School has hailed ‘an extraordinary set’ of A-level results today, with 15 per cent of Year 13 students achieving three or more A* and A grades.
The top performers included Jessica Farey, who got two A*s and two As, Jeremy Beard, Kate Bennett, Charlie Langshaw, Megan Pain and Rachel Paxon – all of whom got two A*s and an A – and Bethany Jones and Sophie Cowie, who each got two A*s and a B.
Head Tim Litchfield said: “I am truly delighted with the students’ extraordinary set of A-level results.
“What makes these levels of achievement so impressive is that they were combined with an outstanding commitment to a huge range of leadership opportunities and extra-curricular activities.
“Congratulations to all our students and we wish them every success for the future.”
