Pupils as young as seven have been celebrating their ‘graduation’ from the North Herts Children’s University.
A special ceremony was hosted by the Da Vinci Studio School of Creative Enterprise in Letchworth as 48 children aged from seven to 11 received certificates for taking part in a range of after-school activities.
Delivered by a variety of schools, North Hertfordshire College and partners such as Yonique Dance School in Stevenage and Letchworth’s Standalone Farm, the activities encourage pupils to learn new skills.
Certificates were handed out on the night, ranging from bronze awards for 30 hours of learning up to the gold standard which marks 200 hours.
