A large congregation at All Saints', St Paul's Walden celebrated the resurrection of Jesus Christ in the traditional way with resounding hymns of praise. The Church had been beautifully decorated with spring flowers by Anna Stevens and her team. As the congregation went up to communion they each took a white carnation and placed it in the cross at the front of the pulpit. A large group of children attended the Good Friday activity morning in the Church annexe and enjoyed a very happy morning learning all about the meaning of Easter. Thanks to Helen Beavis and her team of helpers. These study days are very popular as is the weekly Sunday school.
