DVD Review: The Princess and the Frog – Cert U
THE Princess and the Frog stars a young Tiana, brought up in the swinging New Orleans whose dreams are moulded by her father’s love of food.
THE Princess and the Frog stars a young Tiana, brought up in the swinging New Orleans whose dreams are moulded by her father’s love of food.
She overworks herself to make her dream of having her own restaurant a reality and leaves no time for fun. But this is what makes her human.
Well, until the point that both her and a prince, turn into frogs.
This film includes masterful characterisation of characters.
There is an awesome crocodile who dreams of being a jazz player (but due to being a crocodile it’s rather difficult) and a brilliant little firefly Ray (voiced by Jim Cummings) whose romance is sweeter than the main characters.
The Princess and the Frog is the best Disney movie since The Lion King.
