A DRIVER made a "miraculous escape" when his car overturned on a busy road.
Paramedics from Stevenage were called to London Road in Knebworth shortly before 2.30pm on Saturday, to reports that a car had rolled over.
Spokesman for the ambulance service, Gary Sanderson, attended the incident and said: "It appears the car was travelling towards Knebworth from Woolmer Green when it was in collision with a stationary vehicle parked at the road.
"The car then flipped over and came to rest on its side."
The driver was checked over by paramedics, but had sustained no injuries in what Mr Sanderson termed a "miraculous escape".
