ANOTHER pancake race has been cancelled because of lack of interest.
Shrove Tuesday in Letchworth GC will be quieter than expected after the town's pancake race was cancelled today (Friday).
Town centre manager Martin Fletcher said: "The closing date was today and we have not received enough entries. I see that Stevenage won't hold one this year for similar reasons.
"I guess people are that bit busier this year and looking after their businesses.
