Distinctive bikes have been stolen from two Letchworth homes.
Police have released images after a men’s chrome Carlton Standard racing bike was stolen from the side entrance of a house in Bowershott between 5pm on Tuesday and 6am the following day.
A men’s blue downhill bike was also taken from the rear garden of a house in Lannock between 10.30am and 9.45pm on Wednesday, March 25.
PCSO Martin Barringer said: “Both bikes are quite distinctive so it is highly likely that anyone who has seen them will remember doing so. I would ask anyone who thinks they may know the whereabouts of the bikes to contact me.
“I would also like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious activity around the times the bikes were stolen.”
Anyone with information should contact PCSO Barringer on the non-emergency number 101. Alternatively, call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
