Police are appealing for a passerby to come forward who may have witnessed a crash which saw one car mount the pavement close to a Stevenage bus stop.
At around 9.20pm on Friday, a Ford Focus collided with another car in Vardon Road before mounting the pavement close to a bus stop.
PC Andrew Burnett said: “At the time of the incident there was a person at the bus stop who we would like to speak to as they may have information that could assist our investigation.

A 26-year-old man from Derby has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving in connection with this incident. He has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
