I cannot understand why Luton Borough and South Beds Joint Planning Committee have proposed to destroy areas of outstanding natural beauty in North Herts which will cause the destruction of woodlands and wildlife habitat. Also, it will increase traffic onto roads in the Stopsley/Wigmore areas of Luton which are already congested.
