Passengers have faced a delayed service at Hitchin railway station after a vehicle struck a bridge this morning (Monday).
Services were running a reduced speed on the line with many passengers taking to Twitter talking about the incident.
Various services were delayed by about 20 minutes in and out of Hitchin.
At around 9.20am First Capital Connect tweeted: “Services are now running normal speed after vehicle struck a bridge at Hitchin.”
