Right-back has been transfer-listed twice in the past year, and moves to Brewers on free transfer

David Gray has signed for Burton Albion.

The Stevenage right-back, who joined the club in 2012 from Preston North End, has joined the League 2 side on a free transfer.

The departure of Gray, who was transfer listed twice in the last year, is the second piece of business by Stevenage on transfer deadline day after the earlier re-signing of John Mousinho on loan until the end of the season.

Gray has made 10 starts for Boro this season, his last coming in the match at Bristol City on December 29.
