FIRE crews were scrambled to a property this morning (Friday), after reports of a blaze in a garden.
Firefighters from Stevenage were called to a house in Sheringham Avenue at 10.35am, with reports that some decking was on fire.
Network Rail was also informed, due to the property being near the railway line.
The fire, which spanned a 20 square metre area, was out by 11.10am.
