One lane was blocked on the the A1(M) northbound after a crash this morning between junctions 6 for Welwyn and 7 for Stevenage.
Officers were called at 7.50am to the crash involving one car, a silver Ford EcoSport. The ambulance service also attended to assess a woman at the scene, who appeared uninjured but was taken to Lister Hospital in Stevenage for further care.
UPDATE 9.45am: The lane was blocked for more than an hour, police have now left the scene and the road has fully reopened.
