Commuter routes into Stevenage are being affected by a collision on the A602 this morning.
Hertfordshire Highways has reported that the A602 From Ware Road to Tonwell has been blocked by the accident and police are holding traffic in both directions.
Motorists should expect 30 minute delays.
This is adding to problems for motorists in the area already being caused by the long-running roadworks at Bragbury End which mean motorists have to take a long diversion routes to avoid them.
