Elaine Eden: 44, of Stanmore Road, Stevenage, was banned from driving for 16 months and fined £420 plus £127 costs after giving a breath specimen of 65mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in High Street, Stevenage, on July 24.

Jordan Best: 20, of Wisden Road, Stevenage, was fined £250 plus £115 costs for stealing a Yamaha motor bike in Stevenage on or about June 27, and was fined a further £200 plus six penalty points for driving the bike without a licence or insurance on July 3 in Great Ashby Way, Stevenage.

Miley Connors: 19, of St Albans Road, Codicote, was ordered to carry out 140 hours unpaid community work, was banned from driving for 18 months, and told to pay costs of £170 after driving dangerously on High Street in Kimpton, and Kimpton Road and St Albans Road in Codicote, and driving without a licence or insurance, on June 6.

Graham King: 35, of Harrow Court, Stevenage, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £105 costs after being drunk and disorderly in Town Centre Gardens, Stevenage, on July 7.

Ian Williams: 35, of The Heath, Cromer, was ordered to participate in 50 sessions of a building better relationships programme, carry out 120 hours unpaid community work, and told to pay £170 costs after assaulting a woman by beating at Stevenage on April 8, and a further 120 hours for assaulting a man by beating on the same date.

Stephen Cox: 48, of Wilshere Crescent, Hitchin, was ordered to attend 30 rehabilitation sessions and pay £150 compensation and £360 costs after stealing a pedal cycle worth £300 at Letchworth on August 7.

Hugh Connors: 21, of Hitchin Road, Arsley, was fined £240 plus £105 costs and awarded six penalty points for driving while disqualified and without insurance in High Road, Broxbourne, on January 26.

Jake Jarman: 22, of Chilvers Bank, Baldock, was fined £180 plus £340 costs and ordered to keep his pit bull Bully with a muzzle, on a lead and under the control of someone aged over 16, and when at home to be secured in the garden to prevent his escape, and for third party insurance to be arranged, all to be sorted within two months, or the dog will be destroyed, after breaching the Dangerous Dogs Act on January 4.

Michael Sheren: 58, of Runswick Court, Stevenage, was committed to prison for 13 weeks, and ordered to pay £115 costs after breaching a restraining order imposed on November 9, at Stevenage on June 2, and was given a six month conditional discharge for stealing a bottle of cider on the same date.

Paul Scully: 36, of Lonsdale Road, Stevenage, was ordered to have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months and ordered to pay £12.95 plus £170 compensaiton after stealing DVDs worth £25.90 at Stevenage on May 18, and DVDs worth £19.98 at Stevenage on May 25.

Christopher Sills: 42, of Rundells, Letchworth, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £105 costs after threatening to blow up his home, which belonged to North Herts Homes, intending to cause fear that the threat would be carried out, at Letchworth on May 6.

Emma Sterling: 21, of Roundmead, Stevenage, was ordered to pay £300 compensaiton and £255 costs for damaging the window to a business premises and a custom built room over a walkway, at Stevenage on April 21, and four window panes at Stevenage on July 16, and assaulting police constables in the execution of their duty on the latter date.

Darren Ratcliff: 45, of Cotney Croft, Stevenage, was fined £50 plus £105 costs after being drunk and disorderly outside the old Red Lion pub in Shephall Green at Stevenage on May 1.

Luke Armstrong: 22, of London Road, Knebworth, was fined £220 plus £5.70 compensation and £155 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Knebworth station on May 20.

David Balazs: 27, of Eastcheap, Letchworth, was fined £220 plus £15.70 and £155 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Letchworth station on May 20.

Thomas Bayford: 24, of Kimbolton Crescent, Stevenage, was fined £220 plus £22.40 compensation and £155 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection en route near Welwyn North station on May 18.

Mycal Calderbank: 25, of Hillbrow, Letchworth, was fined £220 plus £2.80 compensation and £155 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection en route near Stevenage station on May 20.
