Concerns are growing for a missing man who police think is sleeping rough in Stevenage – and officers have today appealed for help finding him.
Police are concerned for the welfare of Phillip Kay, 53.
Enquiries are ongoing to locate Phillip, and officers are keen to trace him as soon as possible.
Anyone who has seen Phillip or who knows of his whereabouts should contact Herts police immediately on 101.
