Christmas presents stolen in home break-in

A BURGLAR has ransacked a home and stolen Christmas presents, as well as a large number of electrical items and jewellery.
Police said “a messy search” took place during the break-in at a property on Bury Road in Shillington on Tuesday, December 20.
The offender gained access to the rear garden, forcing open a ground floor UPVC window, sometime between 12.50pm and 5.50pm.
Residents are asked to be vigilant and to report any suspicious activity in back gardens.
