A SCHEME which allows Christmas shoppers to cheaper car parking will be held again this weekend.
Hitchin Tilehouse Rotary charged people �3 a day to park at Hitchin Priory last weekend and will do the same tomorrow (Saturday). All money received will go to its supported charities.
Louise Yexley, from the rotary club, said: “Over �200 was raised but, despite people still driving around the council car parks trying to find a parking slot, there were plenty of places at Hitchin Priory.
“Please do come and park with ease just around the corner at Hitchin Priory and raise some money for charity.”
