From now until Christmas the Rotary Club of Hitchin will run a charity car park at Brookers Yard, Paynes Park each Saturday from 9.30am to 5.30pm. Donations of £1 or £2 will be invited with money raised going to local good causes. Monies raised during the summer resulted in a cheque for £250 going to the Coffee Mill Centre for Young People on the Westmill Estate.
