Mandy Wilde, the sister-in-law of 1980s pop icon Kim Wilde, has announced £71,000 was raised for cancer treatment from a fundraising ball she and her husband Ricky Wilde held at Knebworth Barns in November.
Tickets for the ball cost £150 with the aim of raising cash for the plastic surgery unit at Lister Hospital in Stevenage and the breast unit at the QE2 Hospital in Welwyn Garden City.
Mandy, who lives in Welwyn, underwent a double mastectomy at the QE2 when pre-cancerous cells were detected in her breasts.
Kim and dad Marty Wilde were among the celebrities who performed at the successful fundraiser.
Mandy will hand over a cheque to her consultants Miles Dickson and Peter Crane at Knebworth House next month.
