A lorry caught on fire on the A1(M) this morning.
The fire happened when a car transport caught alight on the northbound section of the motorway between Junction 6 for Welwyn and Junction 7 for Stevenage at 9.04am.
The fire service used a hose reel to put the fire out.
The vehicle required recovery and the scene was declared safe at 9.22am.
