Campaigners fighting to save Hitchin Town FC’s Top Field home will gather for a march today.
Supporters will assemble on Butts Close, opposite the under threat Fishponds Road ground, at 12.30pm for a 1pm start before walking to Brand Street, Bancroft, Fishponds Road, and back to Butts Close.
Everyone is then invited to watch the Canaries league match against Poole Town which kicks off at 3pm – entry is free but donations are welcomed for the club’s ‘fighting fund’.
